Is this True?

I heard that in New York City all schools have implemented a “no touch” policy because of the fear of the H1N1 virus; aka the swine flu. This “no touch” policy for children is nearly impossible. We are talking about students that express so much of what they do by touching. Students will have a difficult time trying not to give a high five, pound, and sometimes the occasional hug. Are we really at the point where fear is completely dictating our decisions? Does this country have any faith in God left or has fear taken total control of our hope? Will the H one end ones faith?
